Are you having a problem downloading a GLL file??? Sorry, but maybe this will
help.......
When you click a button to download something from GLL, such as the Registration
Form, you should see a screen similar to this:
 Once you click Open, then MS-Word for word documents or MS-Powerpoint for slide
shows, should open on your PC. You can then click File / Print in the upper-left
corner of Word or Powerpoint to print the file from your PC.
