More Majors HRs were logged this year in Greenville Little League than any other
- and more players
 hit HRs than any other year.Our players hit 32 total HRs (over fence only). It would have been 33 but outfielder
John Toohey of the Rockies robbed a HR with a great over the fence catch !
19 different players in Majors went yard. Of 74 total players in majors - 26%
hit it out.
Brandon Hood of the Rockies led the brigade with 6 home runs.
Yankees and Rockies were team leaders with 7 each.
Yankees get the nod for having 5 players go yard.
6 first-year Majors players hit home runs!
Will Thomas of the Cubs had an amazing 9 ground-rule doubles and a memorable
"windshield-shattering" homer, plus a game-winning walk-off homer that his Dad
grabbed behnd the CF fence!
