Opening Day 2024 Details

Opening Day is here, and we ... can't ... wait!! We hope that you're as excited as us about getting on to the field. Here is what you need to know about this weekend.

1) Almost every team will play on Opening Day - This year's Opening Day is our biggest ever! The schedule currently has 62 teams playing across 31 different games! We currently have games scheduled from 8:30 AM on Saturday morning until 7:30 PM on Saturday Night across all divisions, including all 6 of our softball teams. (Note: There are 2 Majors teams who aren't playing on Opening Day due to a scheduling conflict. Those teams will have their first game on the following Tuesday).

2) Instead of team photos being taken on Opening Day as in years past, this year our Photographer will be coming out to each team's individual practices at Conestee Park and doing a photo session there. These photo sessions will happen at your regularly scheduled practice times during the week of February 26th -February 29th. Hopefully this change will allow Opening Day to go a little smoother and to make things less chaotic for the parents and kids.

3) Concessions will be open! So bring your appetite and plan to stay all morning or afternoon, enjoy the Opening Ceremony, and plan to watch some great baseball!
